We work with some of the largest and most well-known brands in the market. Marketing Clinic is looking for a Marketing analyst trainee to join their team of professionals in Helsinki. The team helps top Nordic companies in defining data-driven marketing strategies and acts as a continuous strategic planning support for several marketing organizations. In this position you get to learn about digital marketing and data-analysis by taking part in customer projects. Your main task will be to support campaign and activity performance analysis by analysing marketing data from different sources, like Google Analytics, customer databases and marketing automation tools. You will prepare weekly campaign and activity reports and make recommendations regarding next steps. You will also get to take part in other analytics work related to for example segmentation and lead scoring.
Our ideal candidate for the position is someone with strong interest towards both marketing and data analytics. We hope you have already started your Master’s studies and have gathered some marketing or analytics related work experience for example from a summer job or an internship. You know your way around Excel and PowerPoint, other tools are considered a plus but can very well be learnt at the job. Professional level skills are needed in both Finnish and English since you will be using those 50/50 in your daily work. When it comes to your working style, we hope you are equally comfortable working independently and in a team and wouldn’t shy away from working with external clients either. This is a permanent part-time position (on average 1-3 days per week) with possibility of a full-time consultant role after graduation.
